Jeff Richardson
​
Jeff went on to Iowa State where he graduated in 3 years with a degree in Kinesiology. Before joining Acceleration, Jeff was a part of the Strength & Conditioning staff for the Iowa State University Football Team. He helped prepare ISU’s sports teams by making them faster, stronger, and quicker. Jeff also trained the Cyclone football players entering the NFL Draft.

Jeff joined the Acceleration program in 2009 as an intern and in 2013 he opened the 2nd location of the Acceleration system and has been the owner and director of performance ever since. Jeff has worked with over 5,000 athletes 500 college athletes and 100's of professional athletes across his career.
Tarail "TK" King
Tarail was a multi-sport athlete in high school, excelling in football, baseball, and track and field. Tarail went on to become a colliegent athlete playing football at both Benedictine University and Carthage College.

TK has a Bachelors Degree in Exercise Sports Science from Carthage College where he was named to the CCIW Academic All-Conference team. Before joining Acceleration, TK was the head Sports Performance Coach at Grind Season Sports Performance in Racine, Wisconin. At Grind Season Tarail worked with a wide range of clientele ranging from general fitness to top tier athletes.
